Take Exit 276 off of I-5. Turn west on D Street to Marine Drive. Stay on Marine Drive and you will arrive at Blaine Harbor. Continue to Gate 1. Rapscallion is moored at the dock out from the gate 1 entrance at dock F (see yellow arrow).
